Job description for Project Officer (Event/Esport Agency) at MINESKI INDONESIA
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Fresh Graduates from any degree are welcome.
- Having experience in Project Management will be a plus.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment will be a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Easily to adapt with the project management tools, and familiar with Office Program (E.g Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc).
- Knowledge of simple project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in work.
- Fluently speaking in Bahasa Indonesia and English is prioritized.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed according to established deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks for prompt resolution.
- Prepare and maintain project status reports, budget reports, and risk assessments with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in the monitoring and management of project expenses to ensure adherence to allocated budgets :
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and issue logs.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize potential impacts on project outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment by facilitating effective communication and cooperation among team members.
