Project Officer (Contract)
Work Hours:
You need to be available from 09:00 to 17:00 WIB, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:
- Attitude comes first! Positive vibes and energetic, someone who can bring good energy while staying respectful and professional. Also, strong willingness to learn :)
- Good English proficiency, spoken and written, since you'll be handling client communication directly.
- Strong organizational skills, and able to think and act fast. You'll be juggling timelines, deliverables, and multiple projects at once, so structure and follow-through matter a lot.
- Understands design and branding process well enough to manage it (client feedback, revisions, timeline), but this role does not execute design.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client chats day-to-day, from initial inquiries to ongoing communication, making sure things stay clear and responsive.
- Plan, manage, and brief the team on project and task timelines from kickoff to delivery, including revisions, to keep everything on schedule and meeting NOUS standards.
- Support the founder on various operational needs as they come up. Since the team is still small, the workload isn't fully packed yet, so this role stays flexible and will grow along with the founder.
