Job description for Project Manager at PT Beta Pasifik Indonesia
Our team is seeking a proactive and versatile Project Manager to lead and coordinate project implementation in Bali.
This role requires someone who can navigate multiple priorities, work effectively with diverse stakeholders, and ensure projects move forward smoothly from planning to execution.
The ideal candidate is a strong coordinator and problem-solver with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the confidence to represent the company while working closely with both our Bali stakeholders and Jakarta team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project strategies, plans, timelines, and deliverables, while considering project dependencies, priorities, and integration with other ongoing projects.
- Coordinate project implementation with internal teams, local teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.
- Act as the main point of contact and company representative in Bali in coordinating project activities with relevant stakeholders, including Provincial Government of Bali, OPD, Kabupaten/Kota Government, and other local stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, issues, delays, and dependencies, and provide recommendations or corrective actions to ensure project objectives remain achievable.
- Communicate project status, key risks, issues, changes, and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Ensure project documentation, reporting, and deliverables are properly maintained throughout the project life cycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field with relevant experience in project management, stakeholder management, business development, consulting, or related roles.
- Strong experience in managing external stakeholders, preferably including government institutions.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
