Job description for PROJECT MANAGER at PT MITRA KARYA SARANA
PT. MITRA KARYA SARANA (MKS) is a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company based in Kabil, Batam. We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified professional to join our Project Management Team for our ongoing Civil Construction Projects, particularly in the Data Centre Steel Structure Project.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Take full ownership and accountability for the overall planning, coordination, and successful delivery of civil construction and steel structure project, covering both Fabrication & Site Erection.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experiance in Project Management, EPC, Civil Construction, or Steel Structure Project.
- Fluent in ENGLISH (Spoken & Written) - MANDATORY
- Confident and professional in interacting with foreign professionals and expatriates, including in technical meetings, project discussions, and presentations.
- Strong Project management fundamentals, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be based in BATAM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take full ownership of overall project execution, covering Fabrication and Site Erection.
- Develop and manage the overall project execution plan, schedule, resources, and costs.
- Coordinate engineering, fabrication, subcontractors, and site erection activities.
- Lead and participate in technical meetings in English with International Stakeholders.
- Present project progress, schedulling, technical proposals, and solutions in a clear and structured manner.
- Justify and defend technical decisions with sound technical reasoning and project considerations.
- Monitor Project performance, including quality, safety, schedule, and cost.
