We are Hiring Project Manager

Job Responsibility :
- Create all event (Internal / External)

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex esports projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and community partners

- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
- Continuously seek creative ideas and innovative approaches to improve event quality and client satisfaction

Requirement :

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the event management or organizing industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Creativity and ability to come up with innovative solutions to meet clients’ needs, create new events and existing events

• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Have many relationship
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Experience in handling large-scale events and working with diverse clients.

• A proactive, self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
