Job description for Project Manager at ARM Interior

What you'll do

• Plan and run projects: schedule, budget, resources, and procurement needs

• Be the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and building management

• Lead site managers and coordinate production slots with the workshop

• Control cost and progress against the contract, and manage variations and claims

• Report weekly progress, risks, and cash flow to the Senior Project Manager

What you bring

• 3+ years in interior fit-out, construction, or MEP projects, including at least 1 year leading a project

• Experience delivering projects from hundreds of millions to several billion rupiah

• Strong understanding of contracts, BOQs, scheduling, and cost control

• Clear communication with clients and teams, in Bahasa Indonesia and English
