Job description for Project Manager at PT Evore Inovasi Digital
Responsibilities:
- Determine business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
- Create and implement project plans aligned with client expectations.
- Ensure projects run as planned, maintaining timelines and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor project workflow efficiently and ensure effective execution.
- Coordinate closely with all involved parties, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Perform and evaluate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to meet quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and trust.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar project management role.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, especially Jira and Confluence.
- Solid knowledge of workflow diagrams, wireframe prototypes, Project Management, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in a digital agency environment is a plus.
- Placement in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
