- Pria
- Pendidikan S1 Teknik Sipil
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai project manager dalam pembangunan perumahan
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, 3D Max, Sketch Up
- Paham tentang manajemen proyek, resiko dan strategi Perencanaan proyek
- Diutamakan yang berpengalaman di perumahan
- Mampu membuat perhitungan RAB/RAP
- Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang baik kepada tim maupun klien
- Jujur dan teliti, serta bertanggung jawab memperhatikan detail terkecil dan memiliki kemampuan mengorganisir
