Job description for Project Manager at The Ground Market
Responsibility:
- Deliver project management process from planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring quality and safety standards
- Coordinating with interior and construction team to meet design requirements and specifications
- Visit project sites to ensure standards and schedules are met
- Work closely with appointed suppliers and contractors for ensuring that all goods and works comply with the standards and specifications.
- Ensure project documentation and reports are properly done
- Handling complaints, negotiating with others and resolving conflicts
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Interior Design/Architect/Civil
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design & Construction Projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Construction drawings, 3D modelling software and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Organized, detailed, and systematic in all aspects of the job.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, reliable and responsible
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Strong focus on quality and logical decision-making ability
- Willing to travel extensively across the project sites and own vehicle
- Willing to work during weekend and additional hours required to meet deadlines

The Ground Market established in 2014, working with Singapore based Interior Companies to visualize their design, focusing on Space Planning and 3D Design Rendering. Within 1.5 years, we have worked more than 100 Residential and Office projects, producing more than 300 design renderings.
In 2016 we started our work in Jakarta (Indonesia), adding Interior Design and Build into our service's list.
In 2019, we are adding another milestone in Residential building construction.
Today we have grown into a regional Interior Design & Build company, serving Jakarta, Singapore and Australia clients.
Prior to our work in The Ground Market, we have 8 years of working experience in Interior Design Industry. As of today, Our 17 years experience has provided substantial interior design knowledge and practice to create excellent design.
