Job description for Project Manager at PT Tricada Intronik
Responsibilities
- Create and enforce processes and procedures to enhance project management within the organization.
- Collaborate with the Head of PMO to align projects with company strategy, including weekly status reporting.
- Lead product and project management, defining goals, scope, plans, risk management, and delivering high-quality reports to upper management.
- Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including sprints, backlog, and release planning, to meet milestones.
- Build strong relationships with clients, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
- Coordinate the creation of SOPs, manuals, training materials, etc., for successful project implementation.
- Monitor and visualize project schedules, reporting issues and potential risks as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of project management experience, preferably in Telco or Software Development projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, focusing on collaboration, influence, and relationship management with internal and external teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver messages to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading or coordinating projects or task forces, emphasizing quality reporting.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and development.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to derive actionable insights from complex information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Teams
