What You'll Do
- Manage multiple client projects from kickoff to execution
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and according to scope
- Coordinate with internal teams (Social Media, Design, Content, Performance Marketing, KOL, Production, etc.)
- Create and manage project timelines, task lists, and deadlines
- Lead internal project meetings and follow-ups
- Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks
- Communicate updates, timelines, and feedback between clients and internal teams
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Support Account Management team in maintaining excellent client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in Project Management, Account Management, or similar roles
- Experience in agency, marketing, creative, or digital industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented and highly accountable
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Monday, Trello, or similar
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus)
