Job description for Project Manager at PT Rexline Engineering Indonesia
Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing EPCM projects from planning through execution and project completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contractual requirements. The Project Manager coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages client relationships, mitigates project risks, and ensures successful project delivery while achieving business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (preffered)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within EPC/EPCM, industrial, mining infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Possess a valid Operational Manager Certification (POM – Pengawas Operasional Madya) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
- Familiar with international project management practices and engineering standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites across Indonesia.
