Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Mengarahkan tim, khususnya yang ada di lapangan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama.

2. Mengatur tugas dan tanggungjawab, melakukan pelatihan, pengembangan dan evaluasi kinerja rutin untuk anggota tim.

3. Memberikan dukungan teknis dan solusi kreatif untuk mengatasi tantangan yang mungkin muncul.

4. Memantau kemajuan dari proyek dan menentukan kapan proyek akan diselesaikan.

5. Menyusun rencana cadangan semisal proyek yang sudah dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan rencana awal.

Persyaratan :

1. Pendidikan minimal S-1 Teknik Sipil.

2. Pengalaman di Perusahaan OIL & GAS, PLN, & BUMN

3. Mahir dalam mengoperasikan komputer (Microsoft Office) dan Autocad.

4. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Asmen Project Manager min 3 tahun

5. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Coating and Lining.

6. Jujur, pekerja keras dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.

7. Bersedia ditugaskan keluar kota.

8. Memiliki kemampuan bahasa inggris aktif.

Our line of business focuses on retrofitting and rehabilitation of existing structures using Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) systems. We have done about 300+ projects until today using FRP systems in various lines of businesses and sectors (Jettys, Piers, Wharves, Storage Tanks, Pipelines, and Buildings). We also specialise in protective coatings, waterproofing, fireproofing, and protection of piles using HDPE jackets
