Job description for Project Manager at Tera Achiever
What You'll Do :
- Lead end-to-end AI and CX projects from planning to successful implementation and launch.
- Translate client requirements into clear project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage client onboarding, data preparation, AI agent configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment.
- Act as the key communication bridge between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and resolving project issues.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
- Drive UAT and quality assurance to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and customer experience standards.
- Track project performance and post-launch outcomes using relevant CX and operational metrics.
- Prepare regular project updates, reports, and presentations for clients and management.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, customer experience, and AI solution performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in technology, SaaS, AI, digital transformation, or customer experience projects.
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering and planning through implementation, UAT, launch, and post-launch monitoring.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good understanding of AI, SaaS, chatbot/AI Agent, API/integration, or data analytics concepts is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
