Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from planning, execution, installation, event operation, until project handover and dismantling.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Design, Production, Procurement, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop project schedules, work plans, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Manage project budgets, monitor project costs, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, venue management, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor fabrication, construction, and installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize delays and operational issues.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to clients and internal management.
- Ensure all project documentation, permits, and reports are completed accurately.
- Manage on-site execution during events or exhibitions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform post-project evaluation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in one or more of the following industries:
- Events & Exhibitions
- Construction
- Audio Visual
- Interior Design
- Architecture
- Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)
- Strong understanding of project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Experience managing fabrication, installation, or construction projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required by project schedules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar project management software is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to travel on business to the Middle East.
