Job description for Project Manager at Fxmedia
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage digital technology projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders and clients.
You will work closely with developers, designers, XR/AI specialists, and business teams to deliver innovative digital experiences including web/mobile platforms, immersive technologies, AI solutions, and interactive multimedia projects.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and post-project evaluation.
- Coordinate with internal teams including developers, UI/UX designers, 3D artists, AI engineers, and multimedia specialists.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and expectations.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, schedules, and meeting summaries.
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, and task prioritization.
- Collaborate with the business development team during proposal and pre-sales discussions when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and support long-term partnerships.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital agencies, software development, or technology companies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing digital projects such as web/mobile applications, AI solutions, immersive technologies, AR/VR, multimedia, or interactive platforms is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
