Project Manager

Job Requirements:

1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
2. At least 2 years of experience working in the construction field, particularly in project supervision and management.
3. Must be between 30 - 37 years old.
4. Strong expertise in technical drawing and construction knowledge, including an understanding of building structures, materials, and project execution.
5. Excellent skills in cost estimation and scheduling.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
7. Good communication and leadership skills to coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
8. Can speak english
9. Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java and South Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the construction process to ensure that all work is carried out according to the approved designs, technical standards, and safety regulations.
2. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and resources are allocated effectively.
3. Prepare regular updates on project developments, including documentation, work progress, and any potential challenges.
4. Monitor project timelines to ensure that all phases of construction are completed according to the set deadlines.
5. Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and safety regulations while addressing any risks that may arise.
6. Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to maintain smooth workflow and problem-solving.
7. Perform any additional tasks related to project supervision and execution as needed.
