Technical Competencies :
- S2 Economy, Management, Business, Communications, Social and Political Sciences, Event Management, Tourism
- Min. 5 years of experience
- Budget Planning
- Event Management
- Data Analysis and Report
Main Activities :
- Coordinating with Traffic in creating project planning consist of resources management, budget management, timeline and change management.
- Managing project initiation and administration from detailed description of project, clear project objectives and deliverables to client, main project requirements, coordinate on project delivery and coordinate on payment.
- Managing project execution by collaborating with Traffic, Product Management, Startup Scouting & Management to ensure project delivered as expected.
- Project closing and reporting and create project's profit and loss
- Developing business plan documents, accelerating pilot project implementation, and coordinating benchmarking/site visits, including agenda planning, stakeholder coordination, and post-visit insights reporting.
Specific Project:
- Act as a consultant in developing business plans for strategic product development programs, coordinating with Business Analysts and the Program Strategy team on market analysis, financial projections, governance/SOP documents, feasibility studies/project charters, and other business deliverables.
- Conduct business development activities, including cold calls, lead shortlisting, initial meetings, follow-ups, and price negotiations.
- Supervise the operational execution of pilot projects, including approval submissions, MoU and cooperation agreement (PKS) coordination, monthly monitoring and evaluation, and final reporting.
- Coordinate the preparation, execution, and reporting of benchmarking visits to global companies, including itinerary development, Terms of Reference (ToR), and communication with target companies.
