Job description for Project Manager at Pt. Panah Perak Megasarana

Memimpin, membimbing, dan melakukan evaluasi kinerja tim engineer, teknisi,atau tim lapangan.
Membuat dan mengembangkan strategi teknik, target produksi, dan prosedur operasional standar (SOP).
Merencanakan dan memastikan proyek teknis berjalan sesuai anggaran, waktu, dan kualitas (QCT).
Menyusun jadwal preventive maintenance (perawatan berkala)dan perbaikan mesin untuk mencegah breakdown produksi.
Menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan pelaporan rutin kepada manajemen.
Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan mematuhi standar keselamatan kerjadan regulasi yang berlaku.
Bertanggung jawab memimpin tim teknik, mengelola operasional proyek, menyusun strategi pemeliharaan mesin, dan memastikan standar kualitas teknis terpenuhi.
Menjembatani kebutuhanteknis lapangan dengan tujuan strategis perusahaan, serta mengelola anggaran, jadwal, dan risiko proyek agar berjalan efisien.
