Job Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. The role requires strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning and execution activities.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting.
Facilitate governance meetings and executive updates.
Ensure quality standards and contractual obligations are met.
Manage change requests and project documentation.
Conduct project closure and lessons learned reviews.

Qualifications
• Sarjana D3/S1 in:
o Business Administration ; Information Systems; Computer Science

o Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent tools
Preferred Experience
Experience managing projects (3-5 years)
Experience leading multi-functional teams of 10-50 members.
Experience working with customers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Certification is a plus.
