Job description for Project Manager at PT Esha Parama Teknologi
Industry: Insurance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience as a developer with a solid understanding of technical aspects.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, and identify solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
- Preferably experienced in managing teams using Agile principles and knowledgeable in insurance.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO).
