Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager who excels at bridging client needs with internal execution. You will be the critical translator between our enterprise clients and internal teams, ensuring client requirements are accurately understood, clearly communicated internally, and delivered on time with exceptional quality. Your success will be measured on three core pillars: project delivery excellence, communication clarity, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client communication and requirement gathering on client needs and translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable briefs
- Create detailed project briefs, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Develop realistic project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, operations)
- Manage stakeholder communications with clients and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and manage scope changes
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards before delivery
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge base
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on project management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to translate complex requirements into clear briefs)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Experience with client interaction and requirement gathering
- Proactive mindset with interest in identifying and implementing process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or equivalent) is a plus
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, data analytics, or technology platforms
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.)
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Background in process optimization or continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian e-commerce or tech ecosystem
