Position: HVAC Project Manager
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC & MEP Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of
commercial and industrial HVAC & MEP projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in
accordance with technical and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
. Manage full project lifecycle from planning, engineering coordination, procurement, installation,
commissioning, to handover.
. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams.
. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, cash flow, and resource allocation.
. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company SOP.
. Conduct site supervision and quality control to ensure work meets design specifications.
. Manage variation orders, claims, and contract documentation.
. Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
. Minimum 5-7 years experience in HVAC & MEP project management (commebrcial/industrial
preferred).
. Strong understanding of HVAC &MEPsystems (chillers, VRF, AHU, ducting, piping, ELECTRICAL etc.).
. Familiar with project scheduling tools (MS Project or equivalent).
. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
. Experience handling projects ≥ IDR 50 billion is a plus.
. Willing to travel to project sites as required.
