Project Manager – Treasury
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Treasury-related projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion.
- Coordinate with Treasury, IT, and other related departments to ensure successful project implementation.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Treasury users and translate them into project deliverables.
- Oversee Treasury system implementation, enhancement, and integration.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholders and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project implementation meets business requirements, quality standards, and banking regulations.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and regular updates to management.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Experience handling Treasury-related projects or banking system implementation is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Treasury business processes, including Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and Liquidity Management.
- Familiar with SDLC and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience in system implementation, integration, SIT, and UAT.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
