Job description for Project Manager at PT. Reka Sinergi Pratama
Key Responsibilities :
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and success criteria, and develop project plans to support successful execution.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Operations, vendors, and external partners to deliver projects within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and overall project health by managing risks, issues, dependencies, resources, budgets, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate system integration, testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, rollout, and post-implementation activities.
• Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, escalations, and decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, documentation, reporting, and change management processes.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, technology partners, and external stakeholders involved in project delivery.
• Prepare project status reports, executive summaries, and recommendations for management and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery effectiveness, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Software Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing software development projects, SaaS products, web applications, or enterprise systems.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to provide clear direction, effectively delegate responsibilities, manage and develop team performance, and foster effective team collaboration.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience coordinating system integrations, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Familiar with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Click Up, Asana, Trello, GoodDay, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work collaboratively and effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, verbally and in writing.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Travel Technology, Corporate Travel, or Travel Management Systems is a plus.
