Job Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage exhibition projects from the initial preparation through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and operational requirements are well organized.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, exhibitors, vendors, contractors, venues, and internal teams.
- Lead and support the project team by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.
- Coordinate booth construction, venue setup, branding, signage, furniture, electrical requirements, and other exhibition needs.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, quotations, purchase orders, and vendor costs.
- Communicate and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Oversee on site installation, exhibition operations, dismantling, and post-event activities.
- Respond to challenges quickly and provide practical solutions to ensure the exhibition runs smoothly.
- Maintain clear project documentation and prepare post event reports, including client feedback and project evaluation.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in exhibition, event, MICE, or project management.
- Hands on experience in managing exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, or corporate events.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and organized in a fast paced event environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to lead and support a project team.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and on-site during exhibitions.
