About the Role

PT Cybertrend Intrabuana is a leading technology and data analytics company specializing in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver projects that drive business growth and innovation.

As a Project Manager at PT Cybertrend Intrabuana, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and closing projects successfully. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met, and delivering high-quality results within scope, schedule, and budget. Your leadership and expertise will be vital in achieving project success and exceeding client expectations.

We are looking someone with:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
PMP or other project management certifications are a plus

The work you’ll do:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
Manage project teams and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and proactively resolve any obstacles.
Coordinate with clients to ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders.
