Job description for Project Manager at NBS (nusantara beta studio)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the end to end execution project (from kickoff to closing project).
- Created good planning and managed the timelines, scope and milestones project.
- Manage the team to ensure the project objectives, goals and deadline are met.
- Manage the team, working closely with the engineering team, designers, developer , operations and business team to achieve the target and goals project.
- Manage the project risk, issues, problems and minimize the impact.
- Able to create a biweekly report of projects, challenges, potential risk and target to management.
- Able to prepare the project documentation such as Docs BAST, BAUT, and UAT Form.
- Able to gather project requirements and product discovery.
- Able to maintain relationships with any stakeholder project.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information System/Management, Art/Design/ Multimedia or equivalent.
- 2-3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Have a good presentation, written and communication skill
- Have a good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Having experience using Jira, Trello, Clickup, Gitlab or Kanban is an added value.
- Having experience as a Scrum Master is an added value.
- Having experience working in an IT consulting/Software House is an added value.
- Having Certified Project Manager is an added value.
- Have a good ability in written and conversation in the English language and is an added value.
