In this role, you will oversee the management of complex digital projects for clients, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and meeting all stakeholder expectations. You will work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to plan, implement, and deliver high-quality digital campaigns that align with client goals and drive successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to set project objectives and develop digital strategies that align with business goals.
- Plan and execute digital projects by defining scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams in Marketing, Creative, and Production to ensure timely project completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress against milestones.
- Regularly communicate project requirements, objectives, and updates to stakeholders across all levels.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess campaign performance and make informed decisions to enhance results.
- Address technical issues in collaboration with developers to find resolutions.
- Anticipate potential obstacles and develop contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Core Duties
- Apply project management methodologies and tools to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track progress and provide updates to stakeholders while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Execute digital marketing strategies across channels like social media, email, search, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with clients to define objectives and develop digital strategies that meet their business goals.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners.
- Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics platforms, identifying trends and insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Use digital production tools and technologies, such as CMS, DAM, and project management software (e.g., Notion, Monday) to manage projects efficiently.
- Quickly identify and solve problems, making decisions under pressure when necessary.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and develop contingency plans to ensure projects stay on track.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex digital projects for clients.
- Experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile and proficiency in using tools such as Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high project quality standards, including accuracy, consistency, relevance, and accessibility.
- Experience in managing budgets and timelines.
- Proficiency in both business-level English and Indonesian.
