Job description for Project Manager at XDOF Indonesia

As a Project Manager at XDOF Indonesia, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple AI data annotation and data collection projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards while maintaining operational efficiency.

Job Description:

Lead and manage end-to-end AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Plan project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and project deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Product, and external stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements, quality standards, and company SOPs.
Track project performance through KPIs, productivity, quality, and project metrics.
Prepare project reports and communicate progress to management and stakeholders.
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project execution.
Support the implementation and scaling of new AI projects and workflows.
Maintain project documentation and ensure effective communication across teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or AI/Technology-related projects.
Experience managing AI projects, data annotation, data collection, machine learning operations, or technology products is preferred.
Strong project planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Lark).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project metrics and performance data.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
Fluent in Mandari is a plus
