Job description for Project Manager at TEAMUP
What You Will Do:
- Manage projects from brief to execution.
- Create and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Account, Creative, Production, Procurement, vendors, and clients.
- Make sure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality.
- Oversee production, installation, and on-ground execution.
- Identify potential issues early and work with the team to find the right solutions.
- Keep everyone aligned, organized, and on track throughout the project.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Event, Brand Activation, Creative Agency, Exhibition, or 3D Build & Production.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Strong sense of ownership — you don’t just manage the project, you take responsibility for making it happen.
- Able to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented when deadlines get tight.
- Willing to work on-site or outside regular working hours when required by the project.
