Job description for Project Manager at PT. Klakklik Inovasi Digital

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun sebagai Project Manager, khususnya di bidang IT / Digital Product / Software House
  • Memahami alur Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Menguasai metode project management seperti Agile, Scrum, atau Waterfall
  • Berpengalaman mengelola project berbasis B2B / pemerintahan / instansi menjadi nilai tambah
  • Terbiasa menggunakan tools seperti Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, atau sejenisnya
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam berkoordinasi dengan tim teknis dan non-teknis
  • Mampu membuat perencanaan project (timeline, scope, resource, budgeting)
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, dan decision making yang kuat
  • Mampu bekerja dengan target dan mengelola beberapa project secara bersamaan
  • Memiliki kemampuan dokumentasi dan reporting yang baik

Tanggung Jawab :

  • Mengelola project digital (web, aplikasi, sistem monitoring, dll) dari awal hingga selesai
  • Melakukan discovery research untuk project yang dilaksanakan.
  • Menuliskan product requirements document (PRD untuk project yang dilaksanakan.
  • Menyusun timeline, scope, dan deliverables project
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (developer, UI/UX, QA, dll)
  • Menjadi penghubung antara klien (instansi/pemerintahan/perusahaan) dengan tim internal
  • Memastikan project berjalan sesuai timeline, budget, dan kualitas yang ditentukan
  • Memprioritaskan backlog berdasarkan kebutuhan project.
  • Melakukan monitoring progress project dan evaluasi berkala
  • Mengidentifikasi risiko project serta menyiapkan solusi mitigasi
  • Menyusun laporan perkembangan project kepada stakeholder
  • Mengawal proses testing (UAT) hingga implementasi sistem berjalan dengan baik
  • Memastikan kebutuhan klien dapat diterjemahkan dengan jelas oleh tim teknis
