- Have work experience min 4 years lead/manage Tower Structural project or Tower Implementations
- Bachelor Minimal D3 Civil, Mechanical, Electrical
- Computer Literate Ms Office, Adobe Photoshop, SAAP, MS Tower, Auto CAD
- Know the Basic Standard Tower Telecommunication’s Installations
- Good Communications Skills

Job description :
- Follow up and Monitoring Progress of TIP/TPM In daily.
- BOQ Check, review, and approval
- Manage Kick off Results of TPM/TIP with related teams TM, QA, HSE, Engineering including subcont/vendor
- Subcont/Vendor Management Include Progress and Monitoring
- Handling and coordinating quality issues and escalation as required.
- Coordination with Head of TM, QA, HSE, Engineering result of TPM/TIP
- Project Plan/Scheduling of Implementation of TPM/TIP On sites
- Ensure for Report routinely through TPM/TIP ensure as per the standard and specifications following and collaboration with TM, QA, HSE, Engineering
- Manage Weekly and Daily Meeting site progress to assigned TPM/TIP Project Programs to VP, TM, QA, HSE, Engineering
- Manage and Follow Up the Emergency/Critical Case
