Job description for Project Manager Social Media at PT. Transcosmos Indonesia

Job Description – Project Manager

Serve as the main point of contact for clients across digital marketing services, including Social Media, Website, and SEO.
Gather and understand client requirements, then translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
Manage client expectations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with agreed objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed according to the timeline.
Monitor project resources, budget utilization, and overall profitability.
Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to clients and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management and/or Account Management (agency or client-facing roles preferred)

✔️ Strong understanding of digital marketing projects, especially Social Media, Website, and SEO

✔️ Experience handling KOL and Google Ads projects is a plus

✔️ Excellent client servicing and communication skills

✔️ Adaptive, assertive, and solution-oriented mindset

✔️ PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus
