Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for organizing and implementing the management of various stages of property projects, formulating and executing property management plans to ensure service quality and achievement of management objectives.
2. Fully responsible for and overseeing the daily operations of the department, regularly reporting work progress to senior management.
3. Manage the project's financial status, control budget costs, and allocate expenses reasonably.
4. Follow up on the resolution of owner complaints and monitor the execution of various departmental tasks.
5. Handle the daily collection of property fees and overdue payments, oversee the service center’s fee collection performance, and take responsibility for the results. Establish and improve service operation systems to continuously enhance service quality and owner satisfaction.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in property management or related fields, with more than three years of experience in managing high-end residential communities. Familiar with early-stage property involvement, sales support, routine management processes, and industry regulations.
2. Strong business management skills, capable of independently executing property management tasks.
3. Extensive practical management experience in service quality assurance, community operations, and cultural event planning.
4. Good communication and writing skills in Mandarin is a Must.
