We are looking for a senior, independent, and experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee maintenance, repairs, and project works across multiple villa locations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance and repair projects across multiple villa locations.
- Source, engage, and manage vendors, contractors, and tradespeople.
- Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets, and execution.
- Monitor work quality and ensure completed works meet required standards.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules around guest occupancy to minimise villa downtime.
- Identify and resolve operational issues during project execution.
- Provide regular updates to directors regarding project progress, costs, and potential issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable project management, maintenance, or construction role.
- Established network of vendors, contractors, and tradespeople.
- Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and locations simultaneously.
- Independent, proactive, and capable of handling projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Bachelor Degree with technical or construction qualifications are preferred.
