About the role
Manage and oversee the overall padel court project from preparation to completion, monitoring contractors' work and coordinating with all project stakeholders to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the overall padel court project from preparation to completion
Monitor contractors' work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, schedule, and quality standards
Coordinate with the owner, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
Monitor project progress, quality, schedule, and construction issues
Review and follow up on technical issues, site coordination, and corrective actions
Monitor project documentation, reports, and project progress
Ensure proper implementation of HSE/K3 standards on site
Provide regular updates and reports to the management/owner
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction/project management as an Site/Project Manager
Experienced in handling padel court projects or similar sports facility projects
Good understanding of construction processes, project coordination, and quality control
Able to coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
