We are looking for a Project Manager (Operations & Delivery) to own the day-to-day execution of projects across internal teams and external freelance partners. This role is responsible for keeping projects moving, coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets, resolving operational blockers, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
This is a highly execution-oriented role. You will not be responsible for client strategy, business consulting, or account management activities. Instead, your primary responsibility is making sure projects are delivered efficiently, resources are coordinated effectively, and operational risks are identified and addressed before they become delivery problems.

What You'll Own
Project Delivery & Execution
Own project execution from kickoff to delivery
Translate project requirements into realistic timelines, milestones, and delivery plans
Monitor project progress and proactively identify delivery risks
Resolve operational blockers and escalate issues when required
Ensure project deadlines remain achievable and visible across all stakeholders
Drive accountability across project owners, freelancers, and internal teams
Resource & Freelance Management
Coordinate freelancers across creative, advertising, production, web support, and operational functions
Ensure freelancers understand priorities, deadlines, and expected deliverables
Monitor execution quality and delivery commitments
Manage outsourcing workflows and resource allocation across multiple projects
Anticipate capacity constraints and recommend resource adjustments when needed
Budget & Operational Planning
Prepare and maintain project-related freelance budgets
Monitor production spending and resource utilization
Support cost control and operational efficiency initiatives
Ensure project delivery remains aligned with budget expectations
Workflow & Process Improvement
Improve project management systems, workflows, and tracking mechanisms
Build operational visibility across ongoing projects
Create and maintain project documentation, trackers, and delivery processes
Identify recurring bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions

Projects are delivered on time with minimal escalation
Freelancers and internal teams consistently meet commitments
Operational blockers are identified and addressed early
Project timelines are realistic, visible, and actively managed
Resource allocation becomes more predictable and efficient
Teams experience fewer execution bottlenecks and less firefighting
Leadership spends less time chasing project status and resolving operational issues
You're a Fit If You
Have 3–5 years of experience in project management, delivery management, operations, production management, or agency execution roles
Have experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, or freelancers simultaneously
Are comfortable making operational decisions and managing changing priorities
Strong in execution, accountability, follow-up, and problem-solving
Can balance multiple projects without losing visibility on details
Able to identify risks and create practical contingency plans
Familiar with project tracking tools, spreadsheets, and operational workflows
Digital marketing experience is a plus but not required
