We’re looking for a sharp, solutions-driven Project Manager to join our fast-paced team and help orchestrate the delivery of exceptional campaigns across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do:
As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing campaign delivery from start to finish—ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are aligned, while also managing strong client relationships and presenting plans clearly and persuasively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of media campaigns and creative projects, from briefing to final delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, production) and ensure everyone is aligned
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a reliable and strategic point of contact
- Prepare and present campaign plans, timelines, and post-campaign reports with clarity and confidence
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively offer solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation, scopes, and reporting across all projects
- Support pitch preparation and new business efforts as needed

What You Bring:
- 3+ years experience in project management or client servicing within a creative, media, or digital agency
- Strong understanding of media planning/buying and multi-channel campaign execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Confidence in leading client meetings, presenting ideas, and guiding discussions
- Bonus: Background in digital content production or account management
