Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college/university.
- Minimum of 10 years experience as Project Manager in EPC Project for Oil & Gas Industry.
- Ability to lead a team and report out to Senior Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence cross-discipline teams
- Construction health & safety knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be capable of devising new approaches to problems encountered.
- Due to the dynamic nature of the renewable energy market, the ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies is a must.
- Experience with estimating or designing electrical systems is preferred. Knowledge of photovoltaic systems, NEC requirements, and construction practices is preferred.
- The position requires the ability to effectively multi-task and manage numerous projects/tasks simultaneously, frequently within aggressive and compressed schedule.
- The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Ability to maintain project schedule and achieve target due dates.
- Willing to be located throughout Indonesia
