Industry : F&B / Restaurant & Lifestyle
We are looking for a Project Manager Marketing who will act as the execution control tower for marketing activities. This role is responsible for turning marketing plans into structured execution — ensuring every campaign, activation, launch, event, content initiative, and marketing project has a clear timeline, PIC, deliverables, dependencies, and deadline. You will work across Marketing, PR & Community, Creative, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other relevant teams to make sure marketing projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Project Planning
Translate marketing strategy and business objectives into actionable marketing projects.
Develop and maintain the master marketing calendar covering campaigns, content, events, activations, launches, promotions, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives.
Create detailed project timelines, milestones, deliverables, PICs, dependencies, and deadlines.
Ensure every marketing activity has a clear objective, expected output, timeline, and responsible owner.
2. Project Execution & Coordination
Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing projects from planning to post-activity evaluation.
Monitor progress of each project and ensure all PICs deliver according to agreed timelines.
Conduct regular project follow-ups and status checks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, PR & Community, Creative, Sales, Operations, Finance, and external vendors/partners.
Ensure all required materials, approvals, resources, and operational preparations are ready before execution.
3. Campaign, Launch & Activation Management
Lead project timelines for new menu/product launches, outlet openings, promotional campaigns, seasonal campaigns, events, collaborations, community activations, and F&B marketing initiatives.
Coordinate marketing requirements with Operations to ensure campaigns are operationally executable at outlet level.
Ensure campaign execution is aligned between online communication and offline/outlet experience.
Monitor campaign milestones and immediately flag potential delays or execution risks.
4. Project Control & Problem Solving
Identify project bottlenecks, delays, dependencies, and execution risks.
Proactively follow up and escalate issues requiring management decisions.
Ensure changes to scope, timeline, or deliverables are properly communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
Keep project documentation, timelines, and status updates organized and up to date.
5. Performance & Evaluation
Ensure each marketing project has measurable objectives and KPIs.
Coordinate post-campaign/project reviews and documentation.
Track whether planned activities and deliverables were completed.
Work with relevant teams to evaluate campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities for future activities.
