CUiT is currently looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in legal and project management to join us as a Project Manager – Legal. This role will be responsible for managing legal-related aspects of projects, including contract handling, documentation, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and oversee legal documentation across projects, including contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and ensuring accuracy of legal documents based on project needs
- Ensure completeness, organization, and proper maintenance of legal and project-related documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding legal and documentation requirements
- Support project execution by managing administrative and legal processes in a structured manner
- Ensure all processes comply with applicable regulations and company standards
- Handle administrative tasks related to legal and project coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
- Basic understanding of legal concepts, contracts, and regulations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured manner
- High initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team
