- Location: WFO Jakarta Area (West, Central, or South)
- Experience Required: 1 to 4 years

Job Description
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless project delivery.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, documentation, and presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 1 to 4 years of experience managing IT projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project) and familiarity with IT infrastructure and software development processes.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
