Project Manager (IT)
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and oversee IT and data projects end to end, from initiation through closure.
• Deliver projects within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate resources across departments.
• Identify project risks early and put mitigation plans in place.
• Prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
• Apply the right project management methodology for each project (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Keep communication clear and consistent across teams and stakeholders so projects run smoothly.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT project management.
• Has managed at least 3 full-cycle projects in areas such as cybersecurity, application development, or system integration.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM).
