About the role
Silverwing is building an acquisition and investment platform focused on logistics, supply chain and energy transition businesses across Singapore and Southeast Asia; we are looking for a Project Manager to run the deal process end to end, keeping transactions on schedule, managing workstreams and advisers, maintaining the pipeline, and building the systems that allow a small team to execute at pace.
This is an execution and coordination role sitting at the centre of the deal team, covering process design, tracking, documentation, adviser management and reporting, which involves working directly with the Principal on live transactions and strategic priorities.
What you will do
* Run transaction timetables and workstream plans from initial contact through to completion
* Manage the deal pipeline and CRM, including target tracking, contact history and stage reporting
* Coordinate due diligence, set up and maintain data rooms, issue and track information requests, chase responses, and keep issue logs current
* Manage external advisers across legal, financial, tax and technical workstreams, holding them to scope, timing and budget
* Prepare deal papers, status reports, investment committee packs and board updates
* Support financial analysis, target research and qualification
* Build and maintain AI, automation and workflow systems that improve sourcing, tracking and reporting productivity
* Establish the operating cadence of the deal team, meeting rhythm, action tracking, decision logs and version control
* Support post-completion integration planning and the handover of workstreams to operating teams
What we are looking for
* At least five years experience in transaction project management, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction services or management consulting
* Demonstrated experience running live deal processes and coordinating multiple workstreams to fixed deadlines
* Strong organisational discipline, with the ability to hold advisers and counterparties to timetable
* Sound analytical and research capability, including comfort with financial information and diligence materials
* Practical experience applying AI and automation tools to business processes
* Working knowledge of CRM systems, data rooms and project management platforms
* Excellent written English and strong commercial judgement
* Comfortable working independently in a fast moving entrepreneurial environment
* Right to work in either Singapore or Indonesia (Employment Pass and KITAS sponsorship is not available)

Remuneration
Remuneration includes a base salary together with performance and success based remuneration, linked to clearly defined KPIs covering transaction delivery, process discipline, pipeline management and overall contribution to the business, meaning a significant portion of the package is earned through successful performance and delivery of results.
