Job description for Project Manager Intern at TDR FILMS
TDR Films is a Bali-based video production house telling stories for brands and events. We follow every project from the first recce to the final cut, and we're looking for a Project Manager Intern to be the glue holding our productions together: schedules, people, and timelines, all in one place.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating schedules across the team, clients, and production timelines
- Keeping tasks and project progress on track in Notion
- Providing admin support to keep running projects moving
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable with Notion, or ready to pick it up fast
- Fluent in English (Conversational Level, and willing to learn to Professional Level)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple moving parts
- Any major welcome. What matters more is hunger to learn and full-time availability
- Based in Bali and ready to work on-site, Monday through Friday
