Job description for Project Manager Interior Design at Jus Antara
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee project execution from initial construction to final handover
2. Ensure all construction processes align with design, quality, and brand standards
3. Control project timeline and ensure on-time store opening
4. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues
6. Ensure quality control across all stages of construction
7. Manage project budget and monitor cost efficiency
8. Prepare progress reports and provide updates to management
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Project Manager / Site Manager in interior or construction projects
2. Must have experience handling store openings (retail/F&B) from start to finish
3. Strong understanding of construction workflow, drawings, and site execution
4. Excellent project management skills (timeline, quality, and coordination)
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
6. Willing to be mobile and actively involved on-site
7. Good communication and leadership skills
8. Available to join in the near future.
