Key Responsibilities :IT Project Management
- Lead and manage IT projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and project documentation.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead and manage IT Project Manager team
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and business requirements.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- PMO & Governance
- Ensure all projects comply with PMO methodologies, standards, policies, and governance requirements.
- Coordinate with Group PMO and relevant stakeholders regarding project reviews, compliance, and reporting.
- Maintain project documentation, templates, and governance artifacts.
- Support portfolio tracking and project performance monitoring across multiple initiatives.
- Prepare project dashboards, management reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Facilitate project audits, quality reviews, and gate review processes.
- Promote continuous improvement in project management practices and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committee updates, and project review sessions.
- Provide guidance and mentoring on project management best practices.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications :Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO, or related roles.
- Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Experience within the insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industry is an advantage.
- Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid approaches.
- Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Preferred Certifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2
- Agile / Scrum Certifications
- ITIL Foundation (preferred but not mandatory)
