Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving digital transformation and workflow automation initiatives? We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead a strategic underwriting workflow automation project for our client.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop implementation roadmaps, project timelines, and milestone plans
• Manage project scope, documentation, approvals, and deliverables
• Coordinate collaboration between vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• Act as the primary liaison between underwriting business units and development teams
• Monitor project progress, system development, and QA testing activities
• Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans
• Identify and resolve technical and operational integration challenges
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements
• Drive change management initiatives and user adoption strategies
• Track KPIs, project performance metrics, and reporting requirements
• Present project status updates, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
✅ Requirements
Experience:
• Proven experience managing enterprise software implementation projects
• Experience with system integration and data management
• Experience in workflow automation or business process improvement projects is highly preferred
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or underwriting environments is highly preferred
Technical Knowledge:
• Familiarity with workflow management tools and BPM (Business Process Management) platforms
• Understanding of enterprise software implementation methodologies
• Knowledge of underwriting systems and platforms is an advantage
Domain Expertise:
• Understanding of insurance underwriting principles is preferred
• Knowledge of underwriting operational regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
