Job description for Project Manager (FULL TIME) at Sabda Creative
We're Sabda Creative, a social media agency based in Tangerang. And currently is looking for a Full-Time Project Manager (Work From Office) candidate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Production Team Management: Coordinate the production team's work effectively and efficiently, and oversee the content produced in accordance with the client's KPIs.
- Communication: Serve as a bridge between the production team and the client, providing clear briefs to various parties (KOLs, advertising representatives, and the production team), and quickly responding to client requests.
- Monthly Scheduling: Check monthly scheduling and other content to ensure alignment with branding and key visuals.
- Monthly Evaluate and Meet with Clients: Evaluate content through monthly reports and communicate the results to the client (if necessary) and the production team.
- Budget Management: Oversee the use of the production budget, ensuring that expenses do not exceed the established limits. This includes designing ads, which are established with the advertising team each month.
- Problem Solving: Address obstacles and issues that arise during production to maintain smooth and efficient work.
- Post-Production: Prepare reimbursement forms, check for missing items, and return items to the client (if necessary).
- Report: Monitor reports from all team divisions (Social Media, Ads, KOL & etc.)
Qualification:
- Excellent in Indonesian and English communications (both verbal and written).
- A bachelor’s degree from Communication, Management, Media Studies, or any related field study
- 1-2 years of relevant experience would be a huge plus
- Strong conceptual thinker who is passionate about brandi strategy, storytelling, and producing engaging content and campaigns.
